Our team of experienced block managers are responsible for arranging general maintenance for the overall upkeep of communal areas, agreeing the budget for the year, managing bank account(s), responding to enquiries from leaseholders, arranging insurance, and assisting solicitors with the sale of apartments.

Our hands-on team will also ensure formalities are always completed, such as arranging the Annual General Meetings (AGM), advising on Section 20 procedures, and submitting annual returns to Companies House. A team you can rely on to provide stellar service!
