We have a team of trustworthy, locally-recommended contractors to carry out your maintenance work, whether preventative, reactive or otherwise. We are responsible for ensuring that maintenance contracts are fully-operational and compliant, from the smallest of work to full-blown project managements.

When joining forces with us, you can expect our team to manage contractors on-site, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. As part of our block management role, we will arrange for risk assessments to comply with CDM regulations as well as constant planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to be carried out, for the security of your leaseholder’s investments. We work with local surveyors to produce prevenative maintenance plans when required and carry out regular site visits to inspect items such as decoration, gardening and general condition.
